Meet Captain Philip Rahner, a devoted marine enthusiast and seasoned consultant with 50 years on the water and deep ties to Florida’s maritime culture. Born in St. Augustine, his passion for the water began early and flourished during his time with the US Coast Guard. Now a holder of the US Merchant Mariner Credential (8590409), he dedicates his career to promoting safety and creating a vibrant, supportive boating community.
